ENERGY OF INNOVATIONS

Non-profit Partnership “Innovations in Electric Power Industry” (INVEL) was set up in accordance with a decision of RAO UES of Russia in 2003. The main goal of the Partnership is to assist in the introduction of advanced technologies and engineering solutions at power enterprises, to enhance the effectiveness of R&D financing, conduct scientific research, further experimental developments and assist in informing members of the Partnership with the results of intellectual activity and innovations in electric power industry, both in Russia and abroad.

Today INVEL unites 41 of the largest energy companies in Russia. They are system, grid, generating, sales and service enterprises, including JSC FGC UES, JSC RusHydro, JSC IDGC Holding, JSC RAО Energy System of East, JSC INTER RAO UES, JSC System Operator of UES and others.
